Prudential Tower is a 30-storey Grade-A office building located at the junction of Church Street and Cecil Street in Raffles Place and is within a 5-minute walk from the Raffles Place MRT station. There are 181 carpark lots located on the second to ninth storey.

In May 2011, K-REIT Asia’s ownership in Prudential Tower increased to 93% of the total strata area of the building from 73% through the acquisition of an additional four strata floors.

Prudential Tower has won the prestigious office / industrial category of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence 2003 Awards, which is considered the real estate industry's Oscars.
