Head, Marketing Services
Ms Tan oversees the marketing function
of the Manager, ensuring that the
buildings are leased at optimal rents
and occupancy to meet the commercial
and financial targets for the portfolio.
She has over 18 years of marketing
experience in commercial properties
and business park developments.
She was responsible for overseeing the
marketing, leasing activities and lease
management of the Keppel Land Group’s
portfolio of commercial buildings,
formulating marketing initiatives and
customer relationship management.
Prior to joining Keppel Land Limited,
she was handling business development
and marketing at JTC Corporation.
Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree (Honours) in Estate Management
from the National University of Singapore.
