• Unitholders approved K-REIT Asia’s proposed rights issue at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on
  31 March 2008.

• 396,925,192 rights units commenced trading on the Main Board of SGX-ST on 8 May 2008.

• One Raffles Quay won the office category of the prestigious FIABCI Prix d'Excellence 2008 Awards.

  2007

• K-REIT Asia announced the proposed acquisition of a one-third interest in One Raffles Quay on 30 July 2007.

• Unitholders voted in favour of the proposed acquisition of a one-third interest in One Raffles Quay from Keppel Land at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 October 2007.

• K-REIT Asia completed the acquisition of its one-third interest in One Raffles Quay on 10 December 2007.

• K-REIT Asia was assigned a corporate rating of ‘Baa3’ with a stable rating outlook by Moody’s on 10 December 2007.

• Unitholders voted in favour of the establishment of K-REIT Asia at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 April 2006.
