K-REIT Asia is managed by K-REIT Asia Management Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Land Ltd. The Manager is responsible for K-REIT Asia’s investment and financing strategies, asset acquisition and divestment policies and for the overall management of its portfolio.
