MASNET: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31 March 2008

Pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the Listing Manual, K-REIT Asia Management Limited, as manager (the "Manager") of K-REIT Asia, is pleased to announce that the resolutions in relation to :-

(i) the proposed rights issue; and
(ii) the proposed general mandate for the issue of new units and/or convertible securities,

as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 13 March 2008 were passed by the unitholders of K-REIT Asia at the EGM held today.
