K-REIT Asia Ups Stake In Prudential Tower

The Manager of K-REIT Asia is pleased to announce that RBC Dexia Trust Services Singapore Limited, in its capacity as the trustee of K-REIT Asia, has today entered into a sale and purchase agreement with APF Property Investments (S) Pte. Ltd. for the acquisition of levels 20 to 25 of the 30-storey Prudential Tower at a price of S$106,286,500.
