K-REIT Asia Management Limited Appoints Daniel Cerf as Deputy CEO
K-REIT Asia Management Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Daniel Cerf as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) of K-REIT Asia Management Limited with effect from 17 August 2006.
As Deputy CEO, Mr Cerf, will work closely with Mr Tan Swee Yiow, CEO of K-REIT Asia Management Limited and Director (Singapore Commercial), Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) in strategic planning, implementation, and execution of asset enhancement as well as identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities in Singapore and the Pan Asian markets for K-REIT Asia.
Prior to this appointment, Mr Cerf was General Manager of Special Duties, Keppel Land.He has also held key positions with First Pacific Land in Hong Kong and Singapore, in addition to Supreme Value Properties in Malaysia and Land & Capital Co Limited in Thailand.
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate in Asia, Mr Cerf has worked on investment and development ventures in Hong Kong, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Mr Cerf, 48, is a licensed architect in the United States and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma, USA.
