MASNET: Listing Of K-Reit Asia On The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (The "SGX-ST") And The Proposed Distribution In Specie Of Units In K-Reit Asia To Shareholders - Results Of Extraordinary General Meeting

Keppel Land Limited (the "Company") refers to the circular dated 20 March 2006 (the "Circular") and its announcements dated 28 November 2005, 25 January 2006 and 20 March 2006 in relation to the proposed listing of K-REIT Asia on the SGX-ST and the Distribution In Specie. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms and references used in this Announcement shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Circular.

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that at the EGM of the Company held today, the ordinary resolutions relating to the Distribution In Specie and the Interested Party Agreements, respectively, as set out in the notice of EGM were duly passed.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors would like to remind Shareholders of the Books Closure Date on 18 April 2006 at 5.00 p.m., notice of which was given on 20 March 2006. The Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on Books Closure Date at 5.00 p.m. for the purposes of determining the entitlements of Shareholders to the Distribution In Specie.

The Company will be making further announcements as and when appropriate.
