Change in the composition of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of K-REIT Asia Management Limited (the "Manager"), the manager of K-REIT Asia, wishes to announce that Mrs Lee Ai Ming has been appointed as an Audit Committee member of the Manager with effect from today. The Board considers Mrs Lee Ai Ming to be an independent Director.

Mr Kevin Wong KingCheung will cease to be an Audit Committee member of the Manager with effect from today.

With this change, the Audit Committee of the Manager will comprise of Dr Chin Wei-Li, Audrey Marie (as chairman), Mrs Lee Ai Ming and Mr Lim Poh Chuan, all of whom are independent Directors of the Manager.
