Senior Accountant
(K-REIT Asia Management, Singapore)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that full sets of accounts are properly maintained and internal control procedures are followed and provide timely financial reposts; cashflow management; tax computation; forecasting/ budgeting and statutory accounts.
- Provide support in Asset Acquisition, including assist in preparation of profit forecast, sensitivity analysis of profit forecasts, assist in fund raising exercise, and prepare tax computation, GST returns and statistical returns.
- Ensure the Trust meets and complies with all counting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in Quarterly Financial Announcement and also liaise with tax consultants, registrar, trustees, bankers etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Accountancy / ACCA
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consolidation and management reporting
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly independent and pro-active
