Investment Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Corporation Limited, and in K-REIT Asia
Investment Pte. Ltd. and K-REIT Asia Management Limited, both of which are wholly-owned
subsidiaries of Keppel Land Limited, which is in turn a subsidiary of Keppel Corporation Limited.
- Keppel Land Limited’s deemed interest arises from its shareholdings in K-REIT Asia Investment
Pte. Ltd. and K-REIT Asia Management Limited, both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of
Keppel Land Limited.
